Private School Covering

The full family enrollment covers you, in the State of Colorado, as an "off-campus private school classroom." You will teach under Teri Spray’s expertise and experience,  correct and record the schoolwork completed. Then each quarter, you will send record forms to us in the mail. If you are not in Colorado, you can still utilize our services.



Cost for the whole family per year is $720 (paid in full within 30 days of testing or as low as $72 per month through FACTS tuition services). You will receive a Quick Start Training Manual after your consultation which has all of the forms you need for the year as well as invaluable information.  We also provide special functions, field trips and parent training programs. We send out regular publications of newsletters and home school helps. Our staff prays daily for your home, your family and your child's education.


Private School Costs:

Diagnostic Testing

We begin by testing your child with our Woodcock Johnson Achievement Battery. If you are not in Colorado, we will schedule a phone test, and send you the visuals for the test. The tester will then call you at the appointed time and perform the test. If you are local, we will do the test one-on-one. Parents are welcome to sit in on the test. You can print our Individual and Family Profiles off our site, as well as our Enrollment Form and send them to us along with the test visuals. These forms assist in the curriculum design, as the test only provides a snapshot of your child's skills. The cost for the test for an enrolling family is $110 paid on testing day which includes a customized curriculum planning strategy session for each child.


Again, local families we prefer to do face-to-face, if not, we will do it over the phone. At the consultation, you will give your feedback on the curriculum Teri prescribes for your child. Because each child has his/her own curriculum design especially for their needs, learning problems are "no problem.” You as the parent have the final say in any and all curriculum choices. We can order your curriculum for you, if you wish, or we can help you get it on your own. Please give us 30 days from the time of testing to have all of your books in hand. Curriculum average costs can range between $200-500 per child depending on age and needs.


If your child has learning challenges, we can also administer a Cognitive Skills Screening for an
additional $50. This tests underlying learning skills in six areas: processing speed, working memory, visual processing, auditory processing, word attack skills, and logic and reasoning. This test takes approximately 30 additional minutes to complete. Out of state students may go to www.gibsontest.com.
