Picture Letters

Do you want to teach clean, clear vowel sounds and
consonants quickly? The simplest and easiest way to teach the sounds of letters, is to make the letter itself into the picture of the sound. The right-brained learner thrives with learning the sounds of the letters through pictures. These simple-lined letters actually become the picture. The "a" grows a leaf and becomes "apple." the "b" becomes a "bat-beating-a-ball", the "c" has ears on top and whiskers and is a "cat." The letter "e" has stick arms and does "exercise." (Note: /e/ in "ex" is a much clearer vowel sound than /e/ in "elephant" or "egg" found in most curricula.
