Mike and Teri have been leaders in the Colorado home education movement for over 15 years. In addition to starting Christian Cottage Schools in 1986, they helped to found Christian Home Educators of Colorado in 1989 and Solid Rock Enrichment Program in 1992. Mike is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy, and has received his Masters degree from USC. Teri earned her BA in Elementary Education and holds her Colorado Professional Teacher's License. She has taught struggling learners and gifted students for over 20 years. Her teaching experiences span five states and she has taught students from ages 3 to 35+ years. Teri feels her special anointing is to help children who struggle with learning disabilities because she was once struggling student as well. Meredith Motley is Mike and Teri's married daughter. She is a 1997 graduate of CCS, and serves in the office full time with her children.
